Online Awareness Through Movement  Classes

Awareness Through Movement  classes are a great option for anyone wanting to experience the benefits of the Feldenkrais Method™ in a group setting. Classes focus on broad themes ranging from optimizing hip mobility to improving your mood.

 

What can I expect?

Each class will begin with a brief check-in, followed by a gentle movement lesson.

Lessons are verbally guided and often done laying down, sitting in a chair or in a standing position. If you find any of these positions uncomfortable, most lessons can be adapted to fit your needs. Movements are designed to be done slowly and in a small range of motion. They should not cause any additional discomfort or pain. It's all about prioritizing your comfort! 

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and share your experience of the lesson at the end of the class.
