In this first full length appointment we will dive deeper into your goals and discuss what you would like support with. This will be followed by your first verbally guided movement lesson. *Please consider paying with debit or by e-transfer if you are able. This reduces the transaction fees we are charged by our provider and supports us in offering sliding scale pricing.
Policies
If you need to cancel your appointment please email scheduling@newwingssomaticscom. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. If you are paying by e-transfer payments are due before your appointment. Harassment of any sort including homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, inappropriate comments or sexual or romantic advances will not be tolerated. New Wings Somatics reserves the right to terminate client relationships at our discretion.
